LADMA TRAFFIC CONTROLTerms of Use

These terms apply to the client portal at app.ladmatrafficcontrol.com, operated by LADMA General Services, LLC, doing business as LADMA Traffic Control ("LADMA", "we", "us"). By using the portal, sending a request or signing in to a client account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal; you can always reach us by phone at 240-861-5050.
What the portal is for
The portal lets businesses ask LADMA for traffic control services, such as flagging, lane, shoulder, sidewalk and road closures, traffic control plans, work zone staffing and equipment rental, and lets clients with an account see their company's projects and requests.
A request is not a booking
- Sending a request does not reserve a crew, equipment or a date. Work is scheduled only after LADMA confirms it to you.
- A status of "Awaiting confirmation" means we have received your request and nothing more.
- For same-day or urgent work, call our office. Do not rely on the portal alone.
- Never use the portal to report an emergency. Call 911, then call us.
Prices and your agreement with LADMA
The portal does not show prices and does not create a price agreement. Pricing, payment terms, cancellation charges and all other commercial terms are set by your signed proposal or contract with LADMA. If these terms and your signed proposal or contract say different things about the work, the signed proposal or contract controls.
Changes and cancellations
You can ask to change or cancel a request in the portal. A change or cancellation takes effect only when LADMA confirms it. A cancellation or change close to the start time may be billed as set in your proposal or contract.
The information you give us
- You confirm that you are authorized to request work for the company you name, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete, including the job site, dates, times and site conditions you know about.
- You are responsible for the permits, approvals and traffic control plans that your proposal or contract assigns to you.
- You confirm you have the right to share any file you attach and any contact details you give us for other people.
- Do not enter payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information.
Client accounts
- A client account is for the named person only. You sign in with a link sent to your work email, so keep that mailbox secure and do not forward sign-in links.
- Tell us promptly when someone with an account leaves your company or should no longer have access.
- You are responsible for requests sent from your account.
- We may suspend or close an account to protect LADMA, its employees or its clients, or if these terms are not followed.
LADMA crew contact details
The portal may show you the name and phone number of the LADMA crew leader for a scheduled job. Use them only to coordinate that job.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the portal. For example, do not send false requests, try to reach another company's information, interfere with the portal's operation, upload harmful files, or use automated tools to send requests.
The portal itself
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. It may be unavailable at times, and information shown in it, such as statuses and dates, can lag behind what our office has confirmed to you directly. When the portal and our office tell you different things, what our office confirmed controls. Tell us right away if something looks wrong.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LADMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the portal or from the portal being unavailable or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the responsibilities each party has under a signed proposal or contract for the work itself.
Ownership
The portal, its design and its content belong to LADMA. You keep ownership of the files and information you send us, and you allow us to use them to provide our services and keep our records.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect through the portal and how we use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the portal that is not covered by a signed proposal or contract will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If the change is significant we will tell account holders by email or in the portal. Using the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
