Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information LADMA General Services, LLC, doing business as LADMA Traffic Control ("LADMA", "we", "us"), collects through the client portal at app.ladmatrafficcontrol.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It covers the client portal and the order form on it. It does not cover our main website or the tools our own employees use.

The short version

We collect what we need to quote, schedule and carry out traffic control work for you, and nothing more.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The portal uses one cookie, only to keep you signed in. It does not track you.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Your name, company, work email address and phone number.
Job details: project names and numbers, job site addresses or map coordinates, dates and times, the service you need, the number of flaggers, equipment, and any notes you type.
The name and phone number of your on-site contact, if you give one. Please make sure that person knows you are sharing it.
Files you attach, such as a traffic control plan.
Requests you send to change or cancel work, and your account request if you ask for a client account.

Information collected automatically when you use the portal:

Your network (IP) address and the type of browser you use. We use these to keep the portal secure and to limit abuse of the order form.
The date and time you sign in and send requests.
Your location, only if you tap "Use my current location" on the order form and allow it in your browser. We use it once to fill in the job site and do not track you.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through the portal. Please do not type them into any field.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare a quote, confirm, schedule and perform the work.
To contact you about your requests, by email or phone.
To create and manage your client account and show you your company's projects and requests.
To keep records of the work we do, for billing, safety, insurance and legal purposes.
To protect the portal, our clients and our employees against misuse.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Cookies

The portal sets one cookie, named "__session", when you sign in to a client account. It keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days and ends when you sign out. It is required for the portal to work. After you sign in, the portal also keeps a short note in your browser that says only that this device has signed in before, so the page opens faster next time. The note holds no personal information and is removed when you sign out. The order form for people without an account sets no cookie.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social media plug-ins on the portal.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the portal and do the work:

Google, which hosts the portal, stores its data and sends our email (Google Cloud and Google Workspace).
Meta (WhatsApp Business), which we use to alert our own dispatch staff when a request arrives. The alert includes the company, the contact name and phone, the service, the job site and the date.
Our own employees and crews who need the information to do the job.
Other people at your company who have a client account. They see your company's projects and requests.
Government agencies, when a permit or the law requires it, and professional advisers such as our attorney, accountant or insurer when needed.
A buyer or successor, if LADMA or its business is ever sold or merged, under the same protections.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Crew contact information we show you

When a job is scheduled, the portal may show you the name of the LADMA crew leader and, close to the work date, a phone number to reach them. Please use it only to coordinate that job, and do not share it outside your project team.

How long we keep it

We keep request, job and account records for as long as we have a business relationship with your company and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax, safety, insurance and contract records. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes (account invitations after 7 days) and work once. A sign-in lasts up to 30 days.

Archiving a project in the portal only organizes your view. It does not delete anything.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to close your client account. Email info@ladmatrafficcontrol.com or call 240-861-5050. We will answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm who you are first. We may have to keep some records where the law or an open contract requires it, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will honor a request made under those laws to the extent they apply to us, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Security

We protect the portal with encrypted connections, sign-in links that work once and never a stored password, strict limits on who inside LADMA can see client information, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your account or email has been used by someone else, call us right away at 240-861-5050.

Children

The portal is for businesses and their staff. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where the information is stored

The portal is operated from the United States and its data is stored with Google in the United States.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant we will also tell account holders by email or in the portal.
