LADMA Traffic Control wants every client to be able to request and follow our services, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard without a mouse, voice control, or enlarged text.

What we do

We build the client portal to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we check it with automated testing tools every time we change it.
It is designed to work with the keyboard alone, with screen readers, with enlarged text and on phones.
Colors are never the only way information is shown. Every status has a word.
We know automated tools do not catch everything. If you find a problem, we want to hear about it.
